IPX3~6 Water Test Chamber integrates IPX3, IPX4, IPX5 & IPX6 waterproof test in one chamber, test program and cycles are controlled by PLC controller. Water flows into the reservoir at chamber bottom for cyclic use.
Inner Chamber:
- Including IPX3 & 4 test rigs, turntable & water reservoir;
- Material: stainless steel #304 to ensure no rust for long time operation;
- Turntable: set rotation rate on PLC, the upper for IPX3&4 test, and lower for IPX5&6 test;
- Have cable access port (diameter 100mm) with silicone plug for sample powered test (external power source is provided by user);
- Built-in water reservoir for cyclic use;
- With observation window on the door and LED lamp inside chamber for viewing sample status.
IPX3&4 Water Spray Rig:
- Oscillating tube radius R400mm & R800mm;
- Oscillating angle: 120°(IPX3), 350°(IPX4);
- Oscillating speed: 4S for 2*120° (IPX3), 12s for 2*360° (IPX4);
- ID of oscillating tube: 15mm;
- With angle adjusting devices on the wall;

IPX5&6 Water Ingress Rig:
- Fixed at the rear of the chamber with channel and support frame;
- Nozzles swing drive: stepper motor;
- Swing height and speed controlled by PLC controller;
- Nozzle diameter: 6.3mm (IPX5), 12.5mm (IPX6);
- Water flow rate: IPX5=12.5±0.625(L/min) ; IPX6=100±5(L/min);
- Water pressure: regulate as per water flow;
- Distance from nozzle to the center of turntable: 2.5~3m;
