Application:

ROSS Flexing Tester determines the resistance of a polymeric material to cut growth during repeated flexing.

 

Test Method:

A pierced stripe test specimen is bent freely over a rod to a 90° angle and the cut length is measured at frequent intervals, to determine the cut growth rate. The cut is initiated by a special shaped piercing tool.
