Application:

IPX7&8 Waterproof Test Chamber is applicable for electrical and electronic products that are waterproof and may be subject to water immersion during transportation or use; the test piece is immersed in water tank with a specified depth pressure, then check the performance after testing.

Features:

1. IPX7&8 Waterproof Test Chamber adopts transparent acrylic material tank and convenient for observation of sample’s situation during testing.
2. Sealing ring is customized rubber material with a service life of up to 5 years.
3. Safety assurance:

• Pressure tank was performed pressure resistance test in the factory and equipped with safety valve to ensure the safety.
• The pressure will be forcibly released by pressure safety valve if exceed the set pressure.
• It’s not allowed to set pressure over rated value on PLC program.
• Pressurization method is water injection pressurization: the equipment is automatically discharges air inside the tank when working, and pressure is increased by injecting water through a gas-liquid booster pump with very little increase of water volume. (Water pressure increases from 0 to 5Mpa, and the water volume increases by approximately 0.2425%).

4. Control Program supports for two test modes:

• Standard test: set water pressure and test time directly. The system will start timing when water pressure reaches the set value; alarm prompt will be given after the test is completed.
• Programmable test: 5 test programs with different water pressure and time can be set for cyclic test.

5. Control System: 7-inch color touch screen controller; parameters (holding time and test pressure) can be set on PLC.
6. Electronic control components adopt imported brands (such as LS, Omron, etc.); pneumatic components are Airtac brand for ensuring the stability and service life of equipment.
7. The water test chamber needs external water supply to fill water into the tank, and adopts booster pump to increase the pressure.
8. Control interface: English display is available.
