Application:
PCT- Pressure Cooker Test Chamber can shorten test time for whole humidity testing for IC packing.
By increasing pressure in state of temperatures above 100°C and humidity 100% RH tests product reliability and failure mechanisms. Tests can be done in shortest time within days. PCT Chambers can perform humidity test with 100% RH by pressurizing with water vapor.
