HAST - Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber

Application:

HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) Chamber can perform very extreme accelerated test, which is applied to test high temperature and high humidity resistance of product or material under condition of specified temperature (above 100°C), humidity (65% to 100%) and specified pressure. It is widely used in semiconductors, IC packing, plastic sealed parts and so on.

 

HAST Chamber can execute combined test including saturated HAST test and unsaturated HAST test. Saturated type is mainly used in condition of temp.121°C@ humid.100% and other is in condition of temp.110°C /120°C/130°C @humid. 85%.

1. Intelligent design to meet personalized needs

The HAST Chamber is equipped with a 7-inch true color touch screen, 250 groups of 12,500 programs, USB curve data download function and rs-485 communication interface

 

2. Full automatic water replenishing function, front position water level confirmation

At the beginning of the test, the system will automatically add enough water for the test at one time, and the remaining water in the tank can be simply confirmed from the front.

 

3. Adopt dry and wet ball sensor for direct measurement

Drying design. The test is terminated. The electro-thermal drying design is adopted to ensure the drying of the test area (the product to be tested) and ensure the stability.

 

4. Wide humidity range for choosing

Saturated type: 100%

Unaturated type: 75% or specified
